The Turtle Lake Public Library earned a prestigious Four-Star rating from the Library Journal, the oldest and most respected publication covering library service. The Library Journal has more than 100,000 readers. In 2008, the publication created the rating system to recognize America’s public libraries, improve library data, and promote self-evaluation.
