Casino patron charged in vehicle theft

A St. Paul, MN man who had multiple identification cards, including a military card, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent and obstructing an officer. James W. Dalbec, age 29, St. Paul, MN, was being held in the Barron County Jail on a $1,000 cash bond. An arraignment is scheduled for April 2, 2021.
