Community Scholarship Drive Underway

The Turtle Lake Lioness Club has announced that the 56th Annual Turtle Lake Community Scholarship Fund Drive is now underway.
These scholarships are awarded to graduating seniors of Turtle Lake High School who are continuing their education at a university or technical college. With the cost of educational institutions rising and federal assistance programs being reduced, these students will need scholarships of this type to help them meet their financial obligations. In 2020, the Turtle Lake Community Scholarship Fund was able to award 22 scholarships.
The Turtle Lake Lioness Club is confident that district residents and businesses will once again make a generous contribution to this very worthwhile cause to help our future citizens become educated leaders of our community. Please indicate if you would like your donation as a memorial. This week’s donations are from Paul and Sandy Molls – WiscArc, Bob and Mary Ann Hansen, Dennis and Penny Ehrler, David and Charlotte Kingsbury in honor of Evelyn and Leroy Kingsbury, Victoria Brenna, Jon and Pam Young, Diane Bussewitz, Sheldon and Lynn Fredrick, Jacob and Kaitlyn Jensen, Cheryl Leisz, Cheryl and Jerry Pich, Kevin and Sandy Hoffman, Warren and Julie Shortess, Tom and Mary Erickson, Davis Auto Body, Paul and Carol Wick, Bruce and Rachel Stafne, Ervin Broker, Tadd and Jodi Peterson, David and Diane Skrupky.
