Laker Gals Receive Academic All-State Honors

The 2026 Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association Academic All-State members were announced recently. All eight of the Lakers were listed as receiving All-State recognition.
Too be recognized for Academic All-State honors the athlete must be a varsity player of any high school grade and hold a grade point average of at least 3.5 (on a 4.0 scales).
Nomination information was provided to all coaches, and recognition on the list is dependent on coach nomination and possible verification with schools.
Receiving Academic All-State honors were Kayla Christianson (junior), Ashlyn Hubbard (freshman), Grace Hubbard (junior), Olivia Korish (junior), Ryanne Nykanen (senior), Katelyn Pabst (junior), Lacey Popenhagen (sophomore) and Lexi Tarman (junior).
