Masks Will Stay On Until End Of School Year

Keeping the current mask policy as is would be in the best interest of all involved until the end of the school year was the consensus of the Turtle Lake School Board at the April 14th regular board meeting. While the Wisconsin high court’s recent ruling ended the mask mandate, the board hopes the school policy will be able to be relaxed, but not at this time. The school’s mask policy will stay in place until at least the end of the school year. They also agreed, while there seemed to be some confusion as to whether or not the students are able to have mask breaks, short mask breaks during school would be allowed.
