Eagles Soar In Second Half To End Laker Season

The #6-seeded Turtle Lake Lakers traveled to #3-seeded Pepin-Alma Friday night, October 24 for Level 1 WIAA Division 7 football playoff action. The Lakers got off to a great first half start, trailing 21-14 at the half. But a second half surge by the Eagles soon found the Lakers chasing the lead as the Eagles scored 27 points and rolled to a 48-21 win over the Lakers.
