JACKIE M. SPARISH

Jacquelyn “Jackie” Mae Sparish, age 67, of Cumberland passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 8, 1957 to Andrew and Mona (Henkel) Gazdik.
She was married in Las Vegas on February 12, 1992 to Ken Sparish.
Jackie had many joys in life, including hunting at her custom deer stand, crafting of all kinds, primarily embroidery and sewing, tending to her elaborate flower gardens, and the occasional trip to the casino. She was also a well known member of the community, and known for their business, Jackie’s Fireworks. Above all, she was very passionate about her grandchildren and the rest of her family.
Jackie will be greatly missed by her husband, Ken Sparish; children, Julie (Paul) Johnson of Barron, Shannon (Tommy) Ries of Cumberland, Anne (Ben) Gilbertson of Cumberland; grandchildren, Kristina Johnson, Kiara (Chase) Johnson, Desiree (Mike) Matthys, Damen Feiertag, Dylan (Joey) Feiertag, and Brody and Jake Gilbertson; siblings: David (Gloria) Gazdik of New Richmond; Janice (Craig) Henrichs of Milwaukee; Andrea “Kuba” (Steve) Schilke of Almena; Paula (Pat) Kelly of Waukesha.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Mona Gazdik, and her brother, Gary Gazdik.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, November 10, 2024 from 12:00 – 4:00 p.m. at the Barronett Civic Center. A luncheon will be served from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Honorary pallbearers are Kristina Johnson, Kiara Johnson, Desi Matthys, Damen Feiertag, Dylan Feiertag, Brody Gilbertson and Jake Gilbertson.
