Joyce Hagen Named 2026 Turtle Lake Fair Parade Grand Marshal

The Turtle Lake Lions Club is proud to announce Joyce Hagen as the 2026 Grand Marshal of the Turtle Lake Fair Parade, which will be held on Sunday, July 12, at noon in downtown Turtle Lake. Joyce has been an integral part of the Turtle Lake community throughout her adult life.
