Turtle Lake Lions Club Inter-County Fair To Be Held This Weekend

The 71st Annual Turtle Lake Inter-County Fair will be held Friday through Sunday, July 10 – 12, in the Turtle Lake Village Park.
Things will begin Friday morning with the Dairy Cattle Show and Sheep Show at 10:00 a.m. The Fun Health Day, sponsored by Cumberland Health Care will be set up in the pavilion for their 10:00 a.m. start.
At 1:00 a.m. the Singles Cribbage Tournament will be held.
The always popular Pedal Pull will begin registrations at 4:30 p.m. with the pulls starting at 5:30.
At 6:00 p.m. the Introduction of Queen Contestants and Crowning will take place. Also at 6:00 p.m. is the Horse Puller’s Association Horse Pull down on the pulling track.
Rounding our the Friday events and activities will be music by Bout Tyme, from 7:00 – 10:00 p.m.
Saturday gets going with a Pancake Breakfast at 8:00 a.m. at the Legion Hall on Maple Street South. The 41st Annual Turtle Trot will also begin at 8:00 a.m.
At 10:00 a.m. the cribbage tournament resumes.
A Four Seasons Craft & Vendor Show will be held in the Park from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
At 11:00 p.m. the annual Tractor Pull will start with a number of classes competing.
The annual Turtle Derby, Kids Races and Sawdust Pile gets going at 1:00 p.m.
A Bean Bag Toss will start at 5:00 p.m. with registration at 4:00 p.m.
Also at 5:00 p.m. will be the start of the popular Truck Pull.
New this year will be Saturday night fireworks, starting at 10:00 p.m.
Sunday morning gets going with the vendor show from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
At 11:00 p.m. a truck and tractor pull will take place, as well as a Candy Bar Bingo.
At 12:00 noon the annual Grand Parade will take place through downtown Turtle Lake.
Mark Stary will be preforming 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. with the raffle drawing to follow, signifying the end of the annual Inter-Co. Fair.
