ARTHUR CONDON

Arthur Thomas “Arte” Condon, 76, of Poskin passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at his home. He was born January 4, 1950 in Bartlesville, OK to Francis Edward and Mary Anna (Medvetz) Condon.
Growing up, Arte received the sacraments of Baptism, Holy Communion, and Confirmation at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Bogota, NJ. He would later graduate from Bogota High School in the Class of 1968.
After spending his childhood in New Jersey, Arte moved to San Diego, CA, where he would live out much of his adult life – many years of which he spent working as a car mechanic.
Eventually, he and his significant other of 30 years, Camille, would find a slower paced and peaceful life in Poskin, WI.
In his spare time, Arte truly loved working on classic cars and keeping his hands busy. He was self-taught in many trades, and used his skills to repair things around his own home, as well as his neighbors’. Another niche hobby of his was repairing old clocks.
He is survived by his significant other, Camille Klein; siblings, Mary (George III) Laessig, John (Myra) Condon, Dorothy (Ronald) Waldt, James (Kathy) Condon, Rita (Brian) McCarthy; children, Alex, Scott, and Derek; and several grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by brother, Francis (Lana), and his parents.
Private interment will be held at St. Anthony Cemetery in Cumberland, WI.
