Jim Arnold Nominated For Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Of The Year
Turtle Lake’s wastewater treatment plant operator, Jim Arnold, has recently been nominated for a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator of the Year Award by a representative of Wisconsin Rural Water Association.
