Trunk or Treat

Turtle Lake Police Chief Al Gabe, center, announced Luann and Jeff Outcalt as the winners of the Trunk or Treat car decorating contest held at Parkview United Methodis Church, Turtle Lake, on Halloween Sunday. As winners of the contest the Outcalts received a gift certificate to Lake Country Pizza. Nearly 150 children stopped for candy and games.
